As many of you area aware, in the early development stages of Cane Bay Plantation the Developer decided to hire a patrol company to patrol Cane Bay Boulevard because the area was secluded and they wanted visible patrol. As development progresses these services may eventually be terminated as Cane Bay becomes more populated. At this time, the Developer has hired a new contractor to patrol the Boulevard with a decrease in patrol hours per evening. There will be a Patrol Officer on-site seven days a week during the overnight hours. The decision by the Board of Directors was based on the growth in development and a reduction of secluded areas. Please understand that each Sub-Association is and always has been responsible for their Association and amenities; however, the contractor has been informed that they should make random tours of the Sub-Associations.
