Cane Bay Self Storage Survey

Dear Cane Bay Plantation Homeowners:

 

Adams Development Company, LLC is currently developing plans to build a self storage facility and boat and RV storage facility within Cane Bay Plantation.

The traditional self storage facility will be located near the front entrance, west of the Publix grocery store, and the boat and RV storage will be located behind the proposed Presbyterian Church across from and south of the Del Webb entrance. The property will have high screen and security fence, 24 hour security surveillance surrounding the property, 24 hour access with security gate code, onsite Manager, RV and Boat wash station, covered parking bays, and more.

PLEASE, if you have Interest in storage, or know someone who does, please log on and encourage other interested parties to do the same.
